Meet our team

Centra's team of Caregivers is dedicated to providing the most advanced, personalized care.

For an appointment with one of our developmental pediatricians, a referral from your child’s primary care provider/pediatrician is needed.

Initial evaluations typically take place over the course of an hour, and follow-up visit frequency depends on individual patient needs. An annual visit at minimum is strongly recommended. Follow-up appointments typically involve brief patient check-ins to evaluate progress, continue care coordination, and adjust medication if indicated.

Initial evaluations take place in person. With consideration for provider discretion and patient preference, (in-state) telehealth follow-up appointments are available.

The patient and legal guardian must be present for all appointments (including telehealth appointments) unless previously arranged with the provider.
